Northwest Pacific Property Management, LLC specializes in management of residential and some commercial properties throughout Salem, Oregon and as far south as Lebanon, Oregon with units available in Albany, Mill City, Jefferson, Dallas, Monmouth, Independence, Salem and Keizer.
Clean & Green Landscape Maintenance is a subsidiary of this business and is owned by Northwest Pacific Property Management LLC. This landscape service works exclusively for our owners in maintaining the perfect appearance of our properties that we manage and will assist in controlling the cost of maintaining yard landscapes and common area landscapes and hardscapes for our owners.
Capital City Repair & Maintenance is a subsidiary of our business and is owned by Northwest Pacific Property Management LLC. This service is primarily an appliance and minor plumbing handyman service and operates sometimes in or on properties that we are not the "landlord". Many of our residents will see the Capital City Repair & Maintenance vans and logos on properties we manage as well.
Our company manages small investor properties in and around Salem, Oregon and currently our listing includes over 1050 units.
A few things we will do for you:
We will inspect and professionally prepare your rental property for it’s next tenant. We will openly advertise and show your property Monday through Saturday, during reasonable hours, when it is vacant and work with departing tenants to get it rented, before they move out, thus eliminating a potential vacancy. We will give you a recap of the condition of your rental unit between tenants and flag to you items that may need attention to prevent them from becoming large unnecessary expenses in the future.

A few things we will NOT do:
We will not “give the key” to prospective tenants for their inspection, we will instead schedule a personal showing for them.
We will not be “closed” during reasonable hours, 7 days per week, prospective tenants and current tenants will be able to reach a member of our staff to get an answer to a problem or schedule a showing or get information on an available property.
Why Northwest Pacific Property Management LLC?
Many owners have rental property for tax and investment reasons, really don’t want the headaches associated with tenants, repairs and maintenance as well as other duties. There are many LEGAL issues that you must be aware of and this is what gets most “amateur” landlords into trouble with tenants, sometimes costing them $$$.

There is a secure 24 hour/7 day per week, well lit & safe “rent drop” at our Chaney Way office. Office meetings are available by appointment only as we are sometimes out on site of the properties we are managing.

Harry Horton is a licensed specialty sub-contractor and he serves as our Maintenance Manager, with nearly 30 years of experience Harry is a valuable asset for your property future.
Our maintenance employee staff includes Rick, who has extensive experience as a General Contractor & Builder and has been affiliated with our company for over 20 years!
Additional maintenance employee staff includes Armando, an over 7 year employee of Northwest Pacific Property Management LLC with experience in all areas of maintenance and repair and services as our Maintenance Manager. Ernesto, who has been with our firm for over 6 years and is also well equipped to handle all your maintenance and repair needs, serves as our Field Supervisor in all areas of maintenance.
